Giant’s Causeway Tour
Black Taxi Cab Tours
Our Giant’s Causeway Tour
The Giant’s Causeway is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is famous for its folklore tales involving the Irish giant, Finn McCool. If this wasn’t enough, the Black Taxi Cab Tour takes in many areas of outstanding, natural beauty.
Game of Thrones fans will be in their element when they visit the world famous Dark Hedges (King’s Road) and Ballintoy Harbour (Iron Islands). In our Black Taxi Cab Tour you will also visit Dunluce Castle, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge and the Bushmills Whiskey distillery. This is the pinnacle tour when visiting Northern Ireland.
Here are some of the attractions you will see along the way…

Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge
Suspended almost 100 ft (30m) above sea level, Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge was first erected by salmon fishermen in 1755. Connected to the cliffs by a rope bridge across the Atlantic Ocean, Carrick-a-Rede Island (home to a single building – a fisherman’s cottage) is the final destination.
*Additional Admission Fee: £6 Per Person
Ballintoy Harbour
Ballintoy Harbour is a small fishing harbour at the end of a very small, steep road, which passes the entrance to Larrybane and Carrick-a-Rede Rope Bridge. The harbour was used as the scene of The Iron Islands in HBO’s Game of Thrones.

Giant’s Causeway
Follow in the footsteps of giants and hear the marvellous tale of Finn McCool. Declared a UNESCO Heritage Site, the causeway was formed 60 million years ago by volcanic eruptions. The iconic, basalt columns, along with the coastal views, will mesmerise and inspire.
Dunluce Castle
Game of Thrones fans will recognise this 16th century castle as the House of Greyjoy. The castle has its own ‘real life’ drama, including the legend of a banshee and how the kitchen (including the kitchen staff) fell into the sea on a dark and stormy evening.

Old Bushmills Distillery
This is Ireland’s oldest working distillery and home, of course, of the famous Bushmills Irish Whiskey. Their original permission to distil whiskey was signed by King James I in 1609. They have been distilling on this site ever since.

The Dark Hedges
The Dark Hedges is one of the most iconic scenes in Game of Thrones. You will instantly recognise it as ‘The Kings Road’. This unique avenue of Beech trees was originally planted to serve as an impressive entrance to Georgian Mansion, Gracehill House.
